Washington 2026 Tent and Porter Service

Tent and Porter service provides you with a tent for the week, which we'll set up and take down in each camp. You also get a chair for each person in the tent, and we move your baggage and deliver it to your tent at the next site. You can also choose to add a free mattress for each person.

The price is the same for one or two people. If you're sharing, only one person needs to sign up for the service. If you're going to share, simply add a tent buddy spot to your order (no charge) and provide that person's name in the "Notes" field at checkout.

Please decide now if you want to add the optional luxury mattress to your order or you DO NOT want one with your tent.

If you add a tent buddy, you can choose the optional luxury mattress for them or they DO NOT want one to go with the service.  You can come back later to add your tent buddy (cost is zero) if you do not know now whether you are sharing a tent.

Please note: Tent & Porter service includes

• the tent

• a chair (or 2, if you bring a tent buddy)

• (optional) mattress for each person.

• All of the options needed for T&P are on this page - you, tent buddy and mattress options.

Please don't use the separate Rental Tent, Rental Chair or Rental Luxury Mattress products to add any of those to your order if you are using this service.

There are 50 tents available for each event. If they sell out, we’ll establish a waitlist for any cancellations.
